I feel that things are returning to somewhat normal from the pandemic. People were fearful about things during it, and I can understand that. I tried to help my regular customers as much as possible. Now that things are getting better, I look forward to attaining some new customers (Which I have been) but more importantly servicing my exiting customers the best I possibly can as I have over the years. I will strive to be there when anyone needs me and do my best to help all when they need me.

I am located in the village of Ouaquaga, New York. I service most areas of Broome County, Chenango County, Tioga County, and Susquehanna County (PA). I travel up to 60 miles one way which includes areas of outside the areas listed.
My normal business hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday thru Saturday. I normally don't work on Sunday, but if someone needs something and that is the only day they have to get their computer serviced, I will at times work then.
If someone needs to talk to me outside my normal business hours and they call me, I will talk with them if I can. If I am not available, they may leave me a voice mail and I will call back ASAP. If I don't answer my office phone please call my cell phone to reach me.
